Providence 3 ans is the first aged rum of the young distillery of Port-au-Prince.
It is precisely the Providence First Drops 2019 after 3 years of aging. This aging was done in 25 barrels that previously contained rum, and not just any rum since they are ex-caroni barrels!
This rum was distilled from pure crystalline sugar cane juice on September 29, 2019. The still used is a Muller heated in a water bath.
This wine is entirely hand-made in the ancestral way. No automated machines are used in the production process.
