This 16-year-old Calvados Pays d’Auge, rich and powerful, has been refined through a finish in casks from the famous Jamaican distillery. On the nose, notes of apple and dried apricot mingle with ripe banana and sugar cane. The palate is intense, striking a balance between praline, dried fruits, and pepper.
